WINNETKA – The Winnetka Public School District 36 is in the midst of Future Ready D36, its first Educational Master Facility Plan in over 20 years. Winnetka community members are asked to take a brief survey on www.winnetka36.org. The survey is open now through January 25, 2018. Data collected from the survey will be used as the Core Team and DLR Group (the District’s educational architectural firm) formulates initial Future Ready D36 concepts for community review in March 2018.
The district will host its next Community Outreach Event, focused on environmental design, student learning, and research on best practices, on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. at The Skokie School, 520 Glendale Avenue. “We are committed to engaging our community and ensuring that we collaborate thoughtfully to determine a long-term plan that meet the needs of current and future Winnetka students,” says Dr. Trisha Kocanda, Superintendent.
